I tried the refrigerator tea with one bag in a 4 cup container and it was way too weak. I also tried 2 bags of chai tea and again, it was too weak. Tonight's experiment is 8 tea bags in an 8 cup container. Fingers crossed.

Any suggestions for those of us with old-fashioned ovens that do not have a self-cleaning feature? My oven looks like the photos, both before and after using a fume-free Easy-Off.

For a low-carb breakfast, I usually eat it plain, but sometimes for a treat, I add a little splenda and cinnamon.

I also make pasta with butter, ricotta and romano. Kids love it.

Aldyth and Aimi, I am with you on CORELLE. I have had my plain white dishes for 35 years and they are still in great condition. You can drop them on the floor and they don't break or chip. They are so thin, that you can stack 12 plates and they take up just a few inches.

I have been using a Pampered Chef clay dome (and the pizza board as the cover) with great results.

I have been tempted to buy the Italian Covered Baker from the King Arthur Flour website. It is shaped like a loaf vs the round dome. Has anyone tried it?
