I love all the windows!!! You have so much more storage than other tiny homes of this size I have seen. Is that a small tub you can soak in? If so, great idea. Regardless, this is a great entry!

This feels like such a happy space. No wonder your friends like coming over. Great job!

This works great for some people; others not so much. We can all take something away from the discussion though. On a very basic level it's about thinking about where you live, what you surround yourself with, and making conscious choices about them. Think about why you make the choices you make.

I currently live in 200 square feet. It works great for me. It's just the right amount of space. I don't need to spend a lot of time cleaning, and I get to save money to use for things that are more important to me. And yes, I am a homebody with a lot of crafts and books, and I cook everything from scratch. I love my tiny home. Hopefully everyone can say they love where they live.

I am a homebody, and I have hobbies and lots of books, and I have lived in places that small. The ones I lived in had smaller kitchens and I still cooked everything from scratch. That kitchen looks huge to me.

While I would change some of the design, I could definitely live there. I do not want a room mate. I want a quiet place I can come home to, by myself. There is a huge market for this. I can afford a bigger place than I have but I am saving to buy a house and socking away a good chunk each month for retirement.

In many places, especially the Midwest where everything is big, there are no small, affordable options.

Given the size and the limitations, I am impressed with how well you've done.

I feel your pain about the walls. Maybe you could use adhesive hooks to hang fabric along that back wall.

I love the space overall, but I really like the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. What a great idea!

Many apartment buildings have public spaces: lobbies, gyms, roof decks, pools, clubhouses, etc.

While I need more space than this (just for my books!) I am impressed at how this apartment is designed.

I'm sure Luke expected some negative comments because of the size of his apartment but posted it anyways because he is proud of his home. Great for you!

I like the off-center round mirror. It reminds me of a porthole. Putting the living room at an angle is great. The room doesn't feel boxy.

I'm impressed with your organization! I need to get going now!

I need a piano to feel at home. Where did you get that light over the dining table? I love it.

I need a table too, for eating and projects. I love that the dining and coffee table are alike. Your apartment seems jut right; not to busy or overdone.

I too wish for more photos and like the kitchen back splash coming round the corner. I also like the large dining table. Great job!

The view really stands out too. It's better than art on the walls, and it changes! I love having green outside my windows.

I love the wood tones you used. They really stand out against the white. I like the dining table as well, especially how it fits into the space.

I love how open and airy it feels, just in the photos! You did a great job with the place. I like that the kitchen cabinets and counter continue into the dining space. Great way to unify them even more!

I think you did a great job with the space that you have available.

I have lived in 2 apartments with no kitchen (I added a mini fridge and microwave and used the bathroom sink).

I like seeing the diversity in the way people live. Why should there be one definition of what makes a home?

I too am getting an error message when I try to access their blog. I tried searching for it but get the error message each time. Is it still up?

I too love this idea and I will find a way to do this some day!

You're home is great! I feel your pain about space for painting. I often have more than one going at a time so they tend to take up a lot of room. Your home seems very warm and cozy.

This is EXACTLY the kind of place I want to make my home. It can be awkward furnishing and decorating an A-frame...I've done it before (not nearly as well). You did an amazing job!

I remind myself at times that I don't need to justify myself to anyone.

When someone asks "why" about my living situation I just tell them, "because I want to," or "I like it." That usually turns the conversation around. People sometimes assume you want the same things they do. Once they hear that I like it they either let it go or they comment on some positives from my choice.

If someone is interested in wanting to know why because they want to know me better or understand I'll explain. Otherwise I don't give reasons. What more do I need to say other than I want to?
