Great personal feel to it. Love the Boxing Post above the bed! But I don't see how this apartment adds up to 557 sq ft. Does that include the terrace? Ah, real estate marketing.... Apartment Therapy Chicago | Midwest #31: Suzi's L.E.S. Meets Le Marais |

Interesting to see how things age with time. This just doesn't do it for me now. It seems dark and cluttered. Very good for a presentation, but not for actual living. Apartment Therapy New York | East Semi-Finalist #1: Ron's Hotel "Sweet" |

This is awesome! Can we see more than 3 photos since it's not in the contest? How long have you lived there? Small Cool Extra: Joseph's Cozy Brooklyn DIY |

It's funny that you list Candela as the architect, but if you don't mind loftbeds and you love magazines, this seems like a really well thought out space. #28 - Daniel's Idiosyncratic Little Pad |

The apartment looks great - funtional and stylish, while still being seeming like someone lives there. My question is about the bed/sofa. Is it a pain to make the bed? I would just have it out as a bed all the time, which would probably make me want to get a real bed. Is it comfortable? #25 - Thomas' Itsy Bitsy Box |
