The company's customer service is also excellent. My first Thermapen died suddenly due to some unnoticed water damage - it was an older model. The company had me send it back to see if they could repair it; since they couldn't, they offered me a discount on a newer splash proof model. My mum's quilt group sent us a lovely set of placemats, a table runner, and napkins as a wedding gift and they're fantastic. The napkins are dark colored, so stains don't really show, and we tend to follow a more *ahem* French schedule for their laundering. Survey: Do You Use Paper or Cloth Napkins at Dinner? |
