I love this so much and I am a total girly girl. I am inspired by this because I have been having a hard time decorating our place which my boyfriend originally painted very dark and blah. This before/after is AMAZING! Before & After(s): Mark's Opulent Bachelor Pad |

My mother bought me a gorgeous little wreath made from a mix of evergreen bows, juniper, cedar, and a few other varieties of greenery..as well as a couple of pinecones and juniper berries. It sounds elaborate as I describe it but it is simple and very organic and I LOVE it!! Simple Holiday Decor: 5 Fantastic Wreaths |

Never arrive empty handed and wait until everyone is seated before you start eating. My inlaws side if the family starts scarfing at family dinners by the time Nana sits down they are almost done. My family waits and we all eat together, that's the point isn't it? Which Table Manners Do You Think are "The Essentials"? |

Thanks vertexagnel, I was thinking the other walls need a fresh coat of something fresh and complimentary to the chocolate. I might have the gusto I need now to tackle my brown boudoir :) Hot Chocolate: Deep Brown Walls |

Ugh. I first saw this post and was really excited hoping it could help me with our master bedroom my bf painted dark chocolate( wall our king bed is against) with the rest of the walls a taupy beige. It is too dark and too boring for me...BUT I just dont know what accent colour to use. I am not a fan of lighter blues with dark browns...never have been. Pic #3 is nice with the turquoise but not what I would like in the bedroom. The linens are all white and the furniture is a mix of wood finishes, mostly a mahogany finish. I've googled hundreds of images of chocolate bedrooms and the majority of them have white bedding with neutral accessories and texture through throw blankets, rugs and window treatments. It's nice...but not very homey...stale and hotel-like. I'm just in a rut i guess and need some new ideas. I've been using a lot of fresh flowers in the bedroom choosing different rich colours each time and so far what I like the best is a nice rich fuscia...any tips or past experiences would help get me out of this brown rut. Thanks AT Hot Chocolate: Deep Brown Walls |

something whether it's wallpaper, a group framed mirrors, or prints to pick up on the pop of colour of the cushions. The wall with the built in's is so monocramatic some more of that fun andfunky blue would really tie it all in together. Looks great post up some pic's once you decide! a plant area, an art display, a reading nook, or combine any of these amazing ideas and be creative. If It was up to me I would create a shrine. Or maybe a quirky old tv set up playing a firelog video. What To Do with Fireplace Remnant? Good Questions |

Thick cut bacon. the only must. The bread can vary, or it can be a wrap or a salad. Tomato or no tomato. As long as it is thick, perfectly cut bacon it'll be a good sammy. Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato: How Do You Make Your BLTs? |

Yes I loved the house in Practical Magic. And even though it is not American Amelie's apartment should have been on the list. Also, drew barrymore and her cousin's girl house in The Wedding Singer was so cute...PINK walls!! Cinema Style: 20 Unforgettable American Movie Interiors |

I know a Japanese Canadian woman who def could have used some help transitioning out of the nest and into the world on her own. She's not old school japanese, she is a spoiled rotten princess who throws a fit if she doesnt get her way. Maybe something like this would help her( or any spoiled infant in adults shoes) so learn to stand on her own and make her own decisions. Not to come off as too opinionated...this is an isolated situation. Female Only Apartments for Japanese Women Going Solo |
