Frittatas work well in muffin tins too. I live by myself, so it's a great way to make just two or three at a time. Or, it's great for a big group, too if you've got more to feed than one skillet can handle. Plus, they get that nice and crispy edge all the way around! How To Make a Frittata |

Love the space. And so nice to see walls painted something other than white or pale grey! The home tours are always enjoyable, but have seriously been lacking in color lately. If you live in the Nashville area, there's a company called ModerNash who does regular runs to the IKEA store in Atlanta and charges much less for shipping/delivery. They also keep some popular items on-hand in their store for puchase, will assemble items for a fee, and offer workplace and kitchen design consulting.
