I agree with spanner. What Emmi said about not reusing newspaper or paper bags as gift wrappers doesn't make any sense. I just remove all the tape before throwing the rest in the recycling bin! How long does that take???

I just don't agree that such a magnificent sea creature would be killed and dried for the mere purpose of becoming decoration... I don't mind how it looks, it seems disrespectful to the animal.

There are great ideas here, but training your dogs and making sure you are the master of the house, not them, is the only way to go. These days people spoil their dogs rotten, by letting them do whatever they want, and then going and cleaning after them. Teaching a dog good matters requires a lot of patience and time, and most people have none, and then their pets become problematic.
But the results of training are gratifying! Our Cookie would chew on things when she was a young puppy, but we made sure to let her know what she could or could not do, and she learned. Even though she is not even one year old, she won't grab anything but her toys. Even if we leave food on the coffee table! It took LOTS of patience and learning in the process, but it worked, and now she is a great dog.
We read a lot about it, but there are great behavior classes everywhere.

Hahahahah! I just think it's funny how people get overworked by something like this! AT is trying new things, it didn't work, we all should give our honest feedback and move on. No big deal.
I laugh at people saying "goodbye AT" or that porn is disgusting, or blahblahblah, but geez, thats it, move on. It looks like some people wanted to complain about something else and they just jumped in and took it all off their chests. Or maybe some people just have this problem with partners and porn and got personally offended.
If I see a post I don't want to read, I just don't read it. I have other blogs to follow and a life outside my computer.
