I love this idea. Hadnt seen this work before, thanks for posting it. There will always be *some* artifice and manipulation involved even when sticking to the most stringent documentarian standards.

I have been working on this latch hook rug project for the past year. Every friend has chosen a color yarn to contribute and we work on this 4 x 6 foot canvas when they visit. Its super great for tea parties and gossip.
