I bought a duplex with a Chambers stove in the front house and a Wedgewood stove in the back home. I purchased both with the home but they needed mechanical work. No one in my area would touch either one. By reading some old house blogs on the web I found a company that does everything under the sun with old ranges. www.theoldapplianceclub.net is their web site. They built an oven safety system for my Chambers so it passed code and the Wedgewood needed a rebuild on the safety valve and thermostat. They had an excellent BBB rating and now I know why. Excellent people to deal with. Been in business for 42 years so I guess they have heard it all. They even have How To publications. I got one on How to rebuild my clock/timer. It works like a charm again. I love old houses, old cars and trucks and my old stoves. Never get rid of anything that's old -- you can fix it!
