I would love to replace my microwave and my toaster oven with one appliance, however, I often make a big pot of soup and then we like to eat it for a few days, reheating it in the microwave. If you don't have a microwave, how do you heat up liquid foods?

I have worked at Target and have no complaints about the work enviornment. In fact, I would say it was a very good company to work for.

The packaging, however, I felt was excessive. The consumer doesn't see it, of course, because it gets unpacked and thrown out while the store is closed. Also, I found target to be very wasteful with any "damaged" goods. And don't forget your electric kettle has to be shipped to target somehow.

From and enviornmental standpoint, it's probably better to not buy a teakettle at all. However, if you need to buy one, do your research and buy one that you won't have to replace in 6 months.

What could you replace the pine nuts with? Pumpkin seeds maybe? We have a nut allergy in our house.
