Funny. When I was first looking at buying my 300 sq ft. condo I now own, I googled '300 sq ft apartment'. I wanted to get an idea of what might fit in my place and what it would look to live in a small space. I found an image of this Paris apartment advertising it for rent. I loved it and saved it as my screen saver for inspiration with my new place. I think that was two years ago.
