Besides my undying love of figs (seriously, I can't get enough!), I think this is a beautiful book. I don't own many cookbooks, but I'm dying for a copy of this one. The ideas about food, flavor combinations and recipes really excite me. This is exactly the kind of food I love to make. Not to sound over-eager or anything... No window in my kitchen, but it's completely open to the living and dining rooms. We have a whole wall of windows and another wall of sliding doors. If I look right when I'm standing at the stove, I can see the ocean. Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Survey: Do You Have a Window in Your Kitchen? |
