Love the white & black tablecloth. I would play off of that by painting the chairs white. Recover the seat with a white with a large black stripe in the center. You can do this with a white fabric and paint the black stripe or try to find the material yourself. I am planning to do this with a Louis XIV chair if I can ever find one for a reasonable price.
