my first attempt of making this recipe was not good. the texture was rough just like making a royal icing that i taste a granulated sugar where in fact i used a confectioner sugar..why that was happen? is it the way of mixing? or how the ingredients been worked out? i made this boiled icing few days ago..its my first time but i did it really well, i've been making lots of butter cream since then using powdered sugar and the texture was so dusty and i hate it. this kind of recipe is really good..smooth and creamy... Recipe: Basic Cooked Buttercream Frosting |
