I only boiled asparagus and was moderately successful - but I recently discovered that sauteing them awards with a more consistent outcome. Saute for 3 minutes, add water and let sit with the heat off for another 3-4 minutes and they come out perfect every time. Vegetables, Rejoice: Boiling is Back! |
