When I wash the dishes by hand I use the two basin approach: soapy water to wash in one basin, and rinsing water with a little bit of white vinegar in the other basin. I've divided my 10' wide bedroom in half using my daybed as a room divider. On one side 4' of space is my office, on the other 3' of space allows access to the bed and the closet.
