winsomegirl- I found the place on padmapper.com
They pull all the listings from craigslist and a few other listing agencies and put them on a map- and you can sign up for notifications when a new place with your specifications is listed. It's pretty handy when you know what area you want to live in.

The decals are from etsy- the one in the bedroom is from Wall Decors and the one in the living room is from Janey Mac

The paint in the bedroom is Ice Flower from Behr

The black and white chair is from Target, and the print in the back of the bookcase is wrapping paper from Target

I made the cushions in the kitchen- I believe the fabric is a Michael Miller print
