Yes, I thought I saw it go for $149 in Jan and I guess it was their big sale but then Feb. rolled in and it's now $179. I love the design, color and the comfort of the chair and my bf and I was excited to get it regardless of the bump in the price. We went to the first location and it was "temporarily out of stock," so we head on over to the other nearest Ikea store and found out that we had one of the last four in that store. We were excited and knew that our trip had paid off. Brought it home and assembled it very easily, but the only problem that we had was with the fabric of the chair. It smells like a smoker's chair. My bf is currently trying to Febreeze it and is letting the chair soak in the sun to let it dry. I was very disappointed and was wondering if anyone out there is facing the same problem with the smell.
