:) Hello!!! Well about the light fixture... We wanted to have a discrete light on the ceiling since we have extra lights underneath the cabinets and over the bar. Besides that we also have a suspended ceiling light on the dining room that is next to the kitchen and we didn't want to overwhelm the place with ceiling lights. Do you think it's "too discrete"? Do it the greek way!! We cook rice with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh parsley in a frying pan with a little bit of oil, then stuff the blossoms with this mixture adding feta cheese (you might use any kind of white cheese I suppose) and then put them in the oven with a little bit of oil for 30 mins or until they get a nice colour!!
