I can't believe this....I also LOVE this wallpaper/ bold floral look but can not justify paying that price. I also need it for a small wall that has a window in the center instead of a fireplace. I have thought about painting the wall to match the mustard color and then free hand drawing the huge flowers before filling them in with white. Buying the paper is easy but expensive and the DIY option is cheap but far from simple...keep me posted on your decision :)

I live in upstate NY and have yet tomsee any glorious fava beans in my local produce section...I envy those who have the opportunity to have them at hand and in the meantime I will give thanks to the corn on the cob which has been making a welcome appearance:)

I also purchased a cozy, upholstered rocker and it sat and still sits in a lonely corner. both of my children just preferred the bounce of a yoga ball and the motion of the papasan swing....

Let's all remember people are people and to me her attempt to connect with others via cookbook is just fine with me. In my opinion she does strive to be authentic like most of us and this is most evident in her role as a mother. At the end of the day she eats,sleeps, works, maintains relationships, takes things day by day....even if with a tad more glamour.

This is definitely a hard one to pinpoint but I can at least narrow it down to a few favorites...I absolutely LOVE the silky maple cream pie at the Rockburn Pub in Quebec, I love a true creme brûlée, Barefoot Contessa Coconut cupcakes, Nutella crepes, and lastly an Acine de Pepe ambrosia style salad. My list may not be short but it definitely sweet! (Does vanilla bean cream filled French toast count as dessert?)

Wow...this is just the kitchen I have been waiting for! In the next few years I hope to redefine an unused space in my home as a new, but compact kitchen. This is one of the first small kitchens that embodies style and makes use a compact, streamlined appliances. I would love more pics and details.

I want to try this for sure:)
