Wow, I can't believe Unplugged has posted what is essentially an ad for electric shocking your dog. "if your pet does break through the shock zone, he'll receive some more zaps to encourage him to come back" How is this not cruel? You have just lost a reader.

Ok I want to work there...

I've had to put down way too many animals in my lifetime.. and will have to do it again soon. My most beloved dog ever has cancer at the age of 11 - a tumor on her heart that cannot be removed. It has spread to her lungs now so there is little we can do. She is on holistic treatment and has lived longer than expected, and still has a good quality of life (running, eating, playing, barking, etc) - but I know it will be soon. For now I just try to cherish every moment we spend together.

We all have these chairs at work and we hate them. We keep trying to steal cheaper chairs from other departments.

They are really bad for your neck and shoulders because they have no upper back support. When you try to rest your back on the chair, the entire thing leans backwards so it looks like you are trying to sleep in it. Ugh.

Also, some of us live in apartments where we can't replace things like the dishwasher, so we do what we can!

So cute! Oddly, my mother just rescued a rat last night. It fell down in the rain and was sitting in the middle of the road, stunned. She moved it to her yard so it wouldn't get run over and after a little while it ran off, so guess it was ok.

This bed seems interesting. I have a storage bed (not the one above, but one with drawers underneath) and it is pretty overrated. Mostly, it is a huge pain to get things in/out and it gets incredibly dusty in there and is impossible to clean. Also you have to put it in the right location or you can't access the drawers, and the drawers broke on mine after a few years (can't move them very well). I wonder if these new ones get rid of these issues, though I worry though that I wouldn't be able to lift the mattress as shown in the photo.

We haven't had any problems in getting movies at all- just got two today! But I did notice the star/rating system wasn't working on the site earlier today.
