You can replace them yourself if you find the correct foams for the speakers. It's pretty easy if you're inclined to that kind of thing. A repair shop is somewhat pricy. While you're at it, I'd replace the the caps on the crossovers. Over time, the caps can lose their values. Doing these two things can make vintage speakers new again. The speakers are QUAD ESL-57s. They are vintage speakers that are very sought after even today. You can find them used on the internet, but do your research before you buy. They can be very expensive to repair. Robert's Rooftop View Over Berlin House Tour |
