Found out about this on Friday evening thanks to Slickdeals.net and was able to purchase one through HP's Academy website with a coupon code bringing the price down to $92 shipped. XMBC and Plex are both easily installable on Apple TV Gen 2. Love mine, had XMBC installed for awhile but converted my library over to .m4v format for my iTunes library. I'm rockin' an Apple TV Gen 2 here and I couldn't live without it. I have a large collection of shows and movies in my iTunes library on my iMac that I can stream to my aTV quickly/easily. On the OSX side I've been using iVI from the Mac App Store to convert TV Shows and movies. Organizes, names, adds all the metadata I could ever dream for and places them correctly in my iTunes folder for use on the iPad or aTVs. Supports large batches instead of one at a time like Handbrake.
