Another way to make cup cakes last longer as well as cakes is to replace the flour by ground almond. Use the same amount that you would use of flour. Ground almond makes cakes very moist and gives them a lovely taste. But be aware, they wont grow as much. Enjoy Tips for Making Cupcakes Ahead of Time? Good Questions |

@Jason - it charges the iPhone pretty fast actually. Once it's charged up, if you unplug it, there should be enough charge for at least another go. Any USB device can be charged using it, you just need a normal USB power cable (like the ones you use to plug it to your mac/pc). And it does charge the iPad, not sure with the iPad2 though. I do travel a lot with work, and lets say the iPhone is great for checking your email and web, listen to music but the battery wont last very long. Plus, I hike during the weekends, the GPS it's a great app but it 'eats' battery and in the middle of a munro there are no power plugs, so I got a portable battery ( http://www.amazon.com/Kensington-Portable-Mobile-Devices-K38021US/dp/B000UZIYS0) it's not cheap $59 but it charges the phone up to 3 times, it's small and you can use it for other usb devices.
