Thank you for all the recommendations! I was originally thinking about solar shades as well. The only thing is that my master bathroom is open, and connected with my master bedroom. I also love seeing sun in the morning. So I started thinking about honeycomb shades: When I wake up in the morning I would raise them to half the window height. I would be able to see the park, but people in the park wouldn't be able to see much of me... The bottom-up solar shades also sound interesting. I wonder if I can find somebody who might be able to make them for me.

One more question for you: would you cover the entire window (the larger one is about 95") with one shade, or multiple shades?
