I'm so glad that more people are shutting off the cable and going to the streaming players. I hope this wakes up the cable companies. I live in an area where we only have 2 options for cable and they are both raping people left and right. I'm so glad to be free from cable, however, I still have to use them for internet service. Boo.

15 to 30 minute timeouts?? I do a minute per year of age. My son would be sitting there with his head between his knees waiting for the sand to run out.

I did this with my girls' dresser. I used the glidden paint samples to paint each drawer, so I didn't have to buy too much paint of each color. The little sample bottles were more than enough.

I still can't believe parents let their children play with their expensive electronics. I don't let my kids even look at my phone! My 9 year can text and play some games but its off limits to the rest of them! Guess that's because I can't afford to just fork over the mulah to get a new one if they destroy it!

I like the Caution: Slippery when wet. I picture them discovering this on their own account before posting the sign! ;)

I was wondering the same thing too. I was wanting to do something similar with some bookshelves I made and enclose my girls beds with them. But I'm afraid of them getting knocked over. How would you solve that?
