That looks and sounds delicious! I haven't not allowed my kids sugar. I think it is a matter of balance and teaching nutrition and WHY we don't eat sugar all the time. I let me kids have the "sugary" cereals because I think it is better than Cheerios with 3 tablespoons of sugar on them... as that is what happened at the house I grew up in. I love overhead lighting at night. When I was little, it was standard in a home, then somewhere home builders thought it a good idea to leave out the lights! Ugh!
