This may not help her during the day, but the use of White Noise dramatically helped me with sleeping. While in college, I worked graveyard shift, so I would sleep very strange hours. The white noise allowed me to sleep comfortably even with noisy neighbors and voices and sounds coming from other rooms in the house. Experience With Noise Absorbing Ceilings? Good Questions |
