I love what they've done (I wish I was that brave with colour) This does seem to be a pretty much run of the mill floor plan that has been turned into a one of a kind gem. You have my sympathy- My hubby has 80 some odd G I Joes- they now have their own room with a door I can close - better than the last house where they were in the family room/ great room / kitchen. I, personally do like a soak occasionally. If however, I was looking at moving into a tiny city apartment, I think I'd rather have the additional space a shower would free up. Does Shower, No Tub, Hurt Resale Value? Good Questions |
