Thank you so much for all of the kind words!!! This apartment is so personal to me and it's so nice to read that other people can sense that through the photos. I really appreciate all of your compliments!

Wow! Again, thank you everyone for all of the compliments and encouragement!
To answer your questions:
The litter boxes are off the kitchen near the washer / dryer (hence why there are no curtains covering it). I use crystal litter if anyone cares. It's amazing.
The throw pillows on the couch are from fabricadabra.us and the pagoda one is Thomas Paul bought on eBay. The ones on the bed are from West Elm and Etsy (seller is rubystella). The Fornasetti looking pillow on the grey chair is from CB2.
The paint color in the living room and dining room is a Behr paint that my landlord had custom blended at Home Depot based on a soft green color chip.
and the white Foo dog statue on the coffee table is from Marshalls believe it or not. Told ya, I'm a big believer in bargain shopping.

@MarshallO- if by house of ill repute you mean "cat house" then yes, you are correct. There are three cats here. Snuggles, Mr. Pants and Mojo.

The black one on the wall is from Ikea! But look on Ebay or in Goodwill stores, local thrift shops, or find a picture frame you like and get a piece of mirror and put it in there!
Start looking for garage sales and estate sales in your area as well.

The rugs are both from urbanoutfitters.com
I do lots of lint rolling and vacuuming to accommodate the cat hair and they have never been furniture scratchers, thank goodness.
The TV is a bit of an issue for me too.I don't watch a lot of TV but I would like to get a white one that's less obtrusive when budget allows. I don't really believe in mounting them above fireplaces as I don't think they should be focal points (especially when you have a fantastic Turner mirror to display).
The apartment came painted the light jade green and beigey pink so I am not sure what the colors are but if you are really interested I can ask my landlord. They are incredible neutrals I have found.
Thank you for all your sweet comments and positive feedback. I am hoping to make this a career someday soon, so this gives me a lot of confidence to go forth!

Heather-
The chair is sooo comfy, velvet and down filled cushion. I got it at a consignment store in Northern California for $90. They have a similar chair on ballard designs

Hope that helps!

Thank you everyone for the love on the apartment. The screen is fabric and is from the 30's. I want so badly to fold it back to let more light in but it is pretty inflexible! You can only submit 5 pics but the kitchen and bath are lovely as well. I am not sure on the square footage but I am guessing it's about 700?
