When will people just STOP with the Television over the fireplace? It's the absolute STUPIDEST place to put a television... besides concerns of heat, it is almost ALWAYS too high, and creates this weird dual focal point thing. Also, the exposed wires of the chincy plug-in wiring under the bookshelves... why not spend the money and wire up a proper lighting solution? The weirdly scaled and placed collection of photos to the right of the fireplace is also really off. These two would do well to hire a professional.
