Well, sure, it's easy to do if you have an enormous kitchen, an oven with three racks, and scads of open work space (including a balcony with a giant table). This would take me a million times longer in my one-butt galley kitchen.

caliH: Look for Marinex (made in Brazil), Frigovere (made in Italy), or Luminarc (made in France). Most small kitchen boutique type places will have one or more of them, and you can also get all of them on Amazon.

Agreed. I'm longing for Fall, being able to turn my oven on, sleeping with the windows open, and a MUCH lower utility bill. Plus, I'm a dog walker -- I'm out in this damn weather enough without choosing to eat in it, too.

What about one that is mysteriously sticky? Will this work for that as well?

(I've even caved and tried soap. Didn't get off the sticky. More seasoning didn't help the sticky either. Probably doesn't help that I have no idea of what the sticky consists.)

I liked it... it reminded me of the old Starbucks frappucinos that are sold in bottles, but without all the questionable crap in them. But yeah, on a daily basis? Not likely. They're nice to have lying around when I run out of beans or oversleep, though.

Winter: auto-drip. Summer: cold-brewed in the fridge. Since summer is probably technically more of the year around here, I guess that counts as my "main" method.
