Well, sure, it's easy to do if you have an enormous kitchen, an oven with three racks, and scads of open work space (including a balcony with a giant table). This would take me a million times longer in my one-butt galley kitchen.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ . Even in the rare recipe that calls for a "Cream of whatever" she usually uses one she made ahead, and she includes the recipes for those.

Agreed. I'm longing for Fall, being able to turn my oven on, sleeping with the windows open, and a MUCH lower utility bill. Plus, I'm a dog walker -- I'm out in this damn weather enough without choosing to eat in it, too.

I liked it... it reminded me of the old Starbucks frappucinos that are sold in bottles, but without all the questionable crap in them. But yeah, on a daily basis? Not likely. They're nice to have lying around when I run out of beans or oversleep, though.
