About mail to previous tenants - I used to stuff mail in students' mailboxes when I worked at my dorm's front desk, and here's what we were supposed to do when the recipient no longer lived there:

- Put diagonal lines or X's through any bar codes... usually on the front of the envelope, but check for orange ones on the back too. This will prevent the mail from being redelivered.
- Using a big/brightly-colored marker, write "Return to sender: Attempted not known" on the front.
- Send that sucker off in the mailbox.

I still do this with my own mail and I THINK it's reduced the amount of junk mail I get.

Thanks to everyone who replied (and actually bothered to talk about hangers with a narrower shoulder width... *cough*). Because I'm not made of money (yet), I decided to go with the candy-colored IKEA Bagis hangers. After I bought them, I realized that 15" hangers would probably be the perfect size, but these will do until I can afford to spend hundreds of dollars on hangers. I'm working to at least replace all my hangers with the IKEA ones so it'll look uniform. Thanks for your input, AT!

shoutout for az! who says there aren't fall colors in arizona? and your condo is nicely done as well. the colors are bright but not overwhelming.
