I love Magenta and Purple - I see both colors in the pictures and to me they are different colors. So I tried this with frozen mixed berries - Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries and the outcome is a nice sorbet.....since I like a little tarty sorbets I did not add any sugar/honey. I gut renovated my kitchen last year, and hence have made a conscious effort to cook at home and eat about 80% of my meals at home. The only time i eat out is when friends are getting together, or there is lunch with co-workers, and the rare few days when I dont carry lunch! But I have reduced my eating out significantly! Miss Pea - Thanks. My total was about $11K, was over budget by $1100. Sagekitten85 - I started googling around end of April, and was completely done by mid October. But that was because my contractor after finishing 75%, went off on a 3 week long vacation. Good luck with your kitchen. Carolynapplebee, Thanks for the comment. I dont feel constricted with the 20" gas Summit range at all, especially since I am one person. However, I entertain a lot and have had about 11 people over for dinner at one time, in those cases I do have to compromise and prepare one dish at a time on the stove and that requires more time for prep. But that is not an every day thing, so doesnt really bother me. Trust me you will love having the counter space....you need it. 8 linear feet is more than what I have for available counter space right now. I only have about 2.5 feet. Also there isnt a big difference between the 24" and the 20". Good Luck with your renovation.
