I'm sorry. This was an awful tour. The lighting hurt my eyes. Why so overexposed? I couldn't even SEE half the apartment. And why so many pictures of the girl? the stool is cute in a kid monster kind of way. But the after is, in my opinion, horrible :(. What a terrible thing to do to an heirloom piece of furniture. The "ageing" after the blue paint is the worst part in my opinion. It already had your ancestors legitmate markings on it. THIS is how you do a nursery!!! I'm so impressed! That robot quilt is worth twice whatever you paid for it- and the personal touches and artwork is phenomenal. I love the idea someone posted up above of using pink for superhero "BAM" and "POW" and all that- nice bright pinks mixed with oranges and reds and yellows! Also check out Ikea fabric for curtains- they have some lovely animal/nature scenic fabric with vibrant colours and pinks! Perfect for throw pillows. Pink Decor for Little Boy's Room? oh I LOVE this room... I'm doing something quite similar (that Ikea rug is THE BOMB). When I was pregnant I'd get massages and my masseuse told me one day that each baby is an old soul and if you just think of them that way- as if they are wise and just can't express themselves yet- it's a great way to think of babies and what our inspiration was for our baby's room... this reminds me of it a lot.
