Dyson spends a lot on advertising, so most people thing that they are the bees knees. . .until they get one. The scam is that they do have filters. They have filters that clog and reduce suction, even though they advertise to the contrary. I've sole and repaired vacuum cleaners for over 25 years - trust me. Although this looks nifty, it's a breading ground for bacteria both on the slide up tray and inside of you central vacuum unit. I don't like and I've been in the business for 25 years.
