I like the idea. My kids have a very small bathroom and the hairdryer is always getting thrown under the sink. No room anywhere else for storing it so a retractable cord on the wall - will try it. Try blending the color to the wall color and it will not look so ugly. White wall, white holder, white hairdryer - if possible.
