If you are handy with tools -- or have a friend who is -- and you need a wall of these, it would not be too difficult to set up jigs to cut the various boards to size and rout the openings for the hand grips [though you would not need those if you were intentionally building a wall, not using them as individual book boxes. American 4 wheel drive [or AWD] and greenest does not compute. There is no such thing as green Detroit steel. After the shake-up over the past few years, Detroit still just doesn't get it. After the bail-outs and all, they are right back to making gas-guzzling oversized vehicles. Next time they come cap-in-hand they will learn that American can survive without GM, etc. Help Buying a 'Green' 4WD American-Made Car? Good Question |

More years ago than I care to remember, my dad showed me how to use jars of various sorts as storage on his workbench ... He made a wall shelf above the bench with shelves of lumber of perhaps 1"x6" deep. He then put two or three [depending on the weight of the jar and contents] ¾" round head screws through the lids, from the inside, mounting them on the underside of the boards.
