I just make lego cupcakes for a scout event. I used the mould we had from Lego which required PLENTY of Pam to come out without breaking. I used white cake, and dyed each batch a primary lego color (red, blue, and yellow). That worked pretty nicely, but I needed a topping and a shiny look so I used egg white to coat the cupcakes and colored sugar heavily to make it shiny. Worked great and was very simple
