@bonphoto The photograph above the white chair/red cushion came from the store Roots, in Provincetown, MA. They carry many other photographs from the same artist. I can't remember the artist's name, but if you call the store, I'm sure they'll know exactly what you're talking about as they've carried his photos for years. http://www.shoproots.com/

Hello, everyone! I want to extend my sincere thanks for all of the kind comments. Here goes my attempt to answer of your questions:

The Ralph Lauren Home Warehouse Sale is this week. It opens Friday, Feb 25, at the Metropolitan Pavilion Building, 125 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011 and runs as follows:
Friday, 12:00PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday, February 26, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Sunday, February 27, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Monday, February 28, 9:00AM - 5:00PM

The lightbulb was found on a sidewalk on Kenmare Street. It had a stub of a cord left on it, which I later removed. I would love to know what it was used for in the past.

The majority of the bedding is from the Hyde Park collection from Fall 2010, which you can see here: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4370711&cp=1760785.2098768&fbn=Brand%7CRalph+Lauren+Home&fbc=1&f=Brand%2F1005888%2F&parentPage=family

I opted for the Palmer duvet cover instead of the Tuxedo Pleated model: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1850227&cp=1760785.2098768&fbn=Brand%7CRalph+Lauren+Home&fbc=1&f=Brand%2F1005888%2F&parentPage=family

The bird on wire dimensional box art is called “Visual Music”. You can view it here, along with Mr. Barloga’s other wonderful work, here: http://www.barlogastudios.com/default4.asp
Select “Images”, then scroll down to “Multi-Image Sets”

I apologize, but I cannot remember the name of the print above the bed.

As for the Gehry Tower, it’s a bit difficult to be objective because, as you can see, it is very close to my apartment and the construction noise starting at 6:30 a.m. just about every morning for the past 2 years has not been pleasant. Plus, I lost my view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade when it went up. Gripes aside, I do like how it brings a fresh, glossy look to the neighborhood. The sculpted curves of the building are stunning at sunset when the light hits and shadows curve downward. Plus, I enjoy watching the model apartments get decorated, a few of which I can see directly from my window. They look finished now if anyone’s interested in renting there.
