A computer screen in front of a window is not a bad thing. I did it for years in my old loft and it provided some nice 'breaks', fresh air and made me feel as though I wasn't working alone in my loft! I do agree with the comments of how that chair will be bad for your back if you use it long term for working. Fortunately, they do make some great looking chairs that are good for your back these days (not like when I had to purchase an officemax blue clunker on wheels)!

Eh, I don't think so. Like blue mascara, please stay gone. ;)

Lovely headboard and animal plates. I also adore the bookcase and the color of it. I agree with other posts, the room looks a little 'too big' for a 3 year old, but perhaps she'll have her personal touch on it soon (with all her toys and dolls spread all over!). ;)

That coffee table is GIANT and heavy in such a small space, I think it takes away from the simple and clean lines of the couch. I would have used maybe a clear glass, acrylic table or even a couple of solid pouf stools. But that wood is lovely all on it's own! Overall, great usage of space & congrats on having the vision to make it great!

very nice! I love this!
Where did the peacock print come from? The links in this post to InspiredbyChildren are broken & don't lead to anything. Again, job well done! :)

I love the color combinations- just beautiful and gender nuetral. Solid work!
I like the idea of a couch in there, but with nursing I had to have a glider/swivel chair. Its not the traditional wood glider you think of, it looks like a regular comfy chair with ottoman. It works now for reading books/cuddling. If the room were any bigger, I'd want a couch too! :)

I love the colors, the frame and all the smiles. Great to have fun-loving parents, who obviously love their girl very much.
However, the daisy dukes (if they weren't just her underwear?), are an unfortunate thing to see.

By the pure definition of ‘daisy dukes’ and the lyrics of a Katie Perry song, both are wildly inappropriate for a toddler – period.

Being 'easy going' about this kid of 'fun stuff' is what leads to eventual desensitization and a broken filter. Why even add this to the foundation at such a young age? What good can come of it?

Also, I would not want my toddler pictured in her undies on the internet.

I’m praying for the mom. I am sure she is surprised and having a hard time with all the responses on this one.

God Bless you all.
