I don't keep jarred pasta sauce around. I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, and therefore am very picky about what tomato sauces I will eat. In addition, pasta has never been a "go-to" meal for me. Not sure why, it's just never been something I think to make when I'm in a hurry and hungry.

Echoing the above comments, this article is pretty useless without knowing what each poultice is used for. I remember reading somewhere that cabbage was good for soreness from breastfeeding, but I don't know about the others.

@jiva- If it's something like a shirt I wore for an hour and won't wear again for a few days or weeks, I hang it back up. My problem comes from the stuff I wear on a near daily basis- pajama pants, a hoodie, a bra or undershirt. It gets annoying to fold my pajama pants every morning, then dig them out of the drawer every night. At least that's the value I get out of these suggestions.

Wow...I'm sort of floored by this definition of cheap. I cannot imagine spending over $700 on a couch and calling it cheap.

Our pets don't sleep with us, but it's their choice, not ours. We even got a king sized bed in the hopes of inticing them with more room, but to no avail.

My question is, are you really more at risk from these diseases in bed than during other pet related activities? Currently, I have a cat curled up so close next to me on the couch that he's impeding my typing. That's got to be as "dangerous" as sleeping with him, right? What about when I cuddle with my dog on the floor, or play fetch with his drooly toys? Cleaning the litter box, vaccuuming up hair, picking up dog poop...all these, I suppose, carry some risk. I guess my question is, if you're not willing to take on these risks, why have a pet in the first place?
