We have had one of the worst/most frustrating experiences ordering furniture online from this company. After asking one of their customer service reps to find out more information about our order, we find out that instead of calling us to let us know what was going on, she just canceled our order.

She canceled our order, did not notify us that it was canceled, and when we found out it was canceled from the factory that manufactures the bed we tried to purchase, she refused to actually process our card for a week and half to refund our money. It is difficult to believe that a company with such unsympathetic customer service can survive in 2011.
