Actually, if you throw the newspaper into a garbage bag which is then tossed in a landfill, the newspaper and the dust will still be fairly well preserved 50 years from now. Landfills don't have enough heat, insect or bacterial growth to breakdown much of anything. They are just literal piles - therefore anything you "throw" in them stays pretty much the same. Anymore than two coats of primer and paint is an indicator that you have poor paint (in my opinion). If you are worried about colour bleeding, use KILLS (it is the most wonderful base coat when painting, it covers everything) as a base coat, apply a primer and then your paint colour. 5 Things to Remember When Painting with Bright Colors |
