It's funny/sad to me that some people think it would be too much of a downer to have the association with illness around them. For some of us it's just a fact of every day life. Word to the wise: the Ziplock bags are not water tight and will leak on you, so plan to put your turkey and brining solution into two bags to catch more of the released liquid. We discovered this last year. ;) Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | Brining The Bird |
