I haven't tried the organic sheets, but I own a set of the Target bamboo sheets (they made them a few years ago that came inside their own bag that matched the sheets), and the sheets really do get softer the more often you wash them (and they're soft after only one wash!).

Would you recommend one over the other?

I need to buy a second set of sheets, and was going to pick up another set of bamboo, but might pick up the organic as my second set instead... What do you think?

I've been wanting to use chalkboard paint in our dining room area, but since I live in an apartment, I have been hesitant. I'd love to have a set of these instead!

These pantry racks from The Container Store would look nicer and serve the same function without the mildew and dust. They're a little pricier than a clear shoe rack, though, so you'll have to pick your battle.

I personally, would rather use something like this under-sink gliding drawer instead.

But the door rack is a great idea for those without cabinet storage!
