I've been trying to contact and get information from Mosaic USA and I am making no progress. Could I ask who you spoke to there. There are no telephone numbers listed for their New Rochelle New York office but they seem to still have it listed on their website. I called their offices directly in Spain and the person there could only suggest I send an inquiry through their e-mail, which I did. No has responded.
