The crib skirt is from the Dwell Studio "Charlotte" collection, which they don't offer on their website anymore. (I think they discontinued it.) But you can find it on eBay pretty often. The stool was a gift and I can't remember what catalog is was ordered from. But if you search for "custom name stool" lots of similar stuff comes up.
