I only have a 9x13 and an 8x8, and I'm never left wanting for another casserole dish. Though models with lids (especially oven-safe ones) would be really very nice. What Are the Most Commonly-Used Casserole Dish Sizes? Good Questions |

@jmorri26 - tons of people live in apartments with unventilated stoves. it's not really dangerous, but it's not ideal for smell and smoke. it's not legally required at all in home kitchens (or at least, not where i live). it's really more of a bummer not to have one than anything.
