Just saw this posting...Yesterday we had delicious cabbage roulades stuffed with seasoned minced meat, a traditional dish from Transsylvania at my Uncle-in-Law. It's his birthday on January 1st and all family gathers there every year for this lunch. So much fun!
Today my husband let the baby and me sleep in while he had a 'Hot-Chocolate-Party' with the two bigger kids. Lunch will be homemade pizza and a mixed salad (probaly lambs lettuce mushrooms sunflower seed with a walnut-raspberry-balsamico mustard dressing) and Dinner will be Chinese Foundue at my In-Laws.
Other than that plans are not yet made ;)

You know that I *lovelovelove* your new appartment and that I am more than amazed with your creativity! I am planning on adding *way* more color to our flat as well even though DH is not convinced yet *lol*
Really hope to hear from you soon - just send me an email if a letter is to complicated right now ;)
